Client testimonials

“At a pivotal moment in my career, Jenny helped me understand what I needed to do in order to breakthrough. Having been in the industry for many years, she was able to introduce me to creative ways of problem solving and resources that I didn't know about. One of my goals with coaching and mentorship was to get into management and by the end of the year, that actually happened! Jenny is an amazing coach and when you speak with her she just has this calm and "everything is going to be okay" feeling that is unmatched. Thank you Jenny!”

— Salina, Senior Product Designer

“Not only did Jenny help me increase my skillset in many areas in UX design, from strategy to user research, also, she helped me approach design challenges in a new set of light. Thanks to Jenny I've grown more as a UX designer these couple of months than in the last couple of years.”

— Rasmus, UX Designer & Researcher

“I had a fantastic coaching experience working with Jenny during KP Digitals' product team transformation. She was very easy to work with. Her calm demeanor and strong communication skills foster an environment that drives her to pinpoint areas of opportunity. In a nutshell, I would say when it comes to coaching and teaching product designers and product discovery teams she's a rockstar. Many thanks Jenny!”

— Cristian, UX Designer

“Jenny was my mentor for about a year, and I learned a lot from working with her… She never jumped to conclusions or assumed she knew what was going on. She'd always dig deeper, ask more questions, and actually understand the situation before offering advice. And when she did, it was grounded, practical, and spot on. On top of that, she put together a really thoughtful resource list that showed just how much she cared about the people she mentored. If you ever get the chance to work with Jenny, take it.”

— Anusha, Founding Product Designer

“It was a pleasure to have Jenny as a coach over the course of a year. She worked with me to assess my skills, improve my design project management and projection skills, and create thought leadership pieces to share with the community. Would gladly work with her again!”

— Alexis, UX Designer

Questions you might have

  • During a coaching session, I’m here to listen, ask questions, reflect, and help you clarify what your options are. If you’re in a situation where you do need advice, I’ll provide it based on my years of experience working in tech and design.

My coaching style is thoughtful, calm, and supportive, not prescriptive. Ultimately I’m here to empower you to make the decisions and take actions that are best for you and your unique UX career!

  • Sessions are pre-paid via a credit card or Venmo. Pre-paid sessions are not refundable.

If you are reimbursing your coaching with your workplace, I can send you an invoice afterward marked “paid” with my company’s information including a tax ID.

  • There is no minimum commitment, and my goal is for you to take away insights and practical action items from your very first session. That said, personal growth and change takes time; some of my happiest clients have worked with me for 9-12 sessions.

  • Most clients meet every two weeks, which helps keep momentum while giving you time to implement strategies between sessions. Some clients prefer weekly sessions to make more progress. Longer term clients may meet monthly or every few months for more occasional check-ins.

  • You can cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be charged as regular sessions, however if an emergency or illness comes up, this can be waived.

  • You'll have action items to work on between sessions. I'm also available via email for brief questions or accountability check-ins.

  • I generally have availability on weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm Pacific Time. I sometimes make exceptions for clients located in different time zones. Please let me know if you need accommodations for another time.
